How does the Google Review Machine work?
Available on Premier, BrokerAlign triggers an automated multi-step review request drip (via SMS and email) as soon as a deal closes. It then polls Google Maps via SerpApi and automatically matches new borrower reviews.
Each brokerage operates inside an isolated tenant context. Client PII, co-borrower data, and transaction documents are never shared or cross-referenced across brokerages.
